Yao reviewed Jinkyu and Gage’s Notes

• Gage has not viewed the boardamatics
  • The boardamatics are rough but are helpful to get an idea to how the entire sequence is going to flow
  • Answered Gage’s comment on Shot 3

  • Gage likes the song that Yao and Rivai picked – the song is originally from the new Gundam show on Netflix

We need to pass the audio reference to the sound designer

We can start on the animatics based on the storyboards we have now. We might not need sound to start working on the rough animatic.

For the stage right now do we need to check in with the sound designer?

• We should bring on the sound designer so they can help work with us from the start – Gage
• There will be some sound effects. We don’t know the exact part but we should talk with the earlier which will be helpful. We can send the boardamatic to them – Jinkyu

We choose the sound designer because she has experience with ambient similar types of sounds.

• We should ask her for the sound files from Spotify

Gage originally commented that the sequence reminded him of last year’s sequence but seeing the boardamatic changed his mind.

We need to start including the names of the companies in the storyboard -  we currently don’t know the studios need to use placeholders for now

We need to start making 19 new style frames for each one of the shots

• We can start working on a style frame for each one

Yao will send a storyboard with notes on if a shot is 2D or 3D soon

• If frames are properly labeled the designers can immediately start on the 2D design because the designers are all strong 2D designers
