  1. Start off with positivity (i.e. these many days until we go live, mock demo, etc, get the energy going)
  2. Start off meeting with a check-in, asking two questions
    1. Have you received the files that you were promised last Friday?
    2. Are there more things you still need?
    3. If they answer ā€œnoā€ in the chat ā€œtell me what you have received and what more you need from the teamā€
      1. Can you please tell me what you’re waiting on
        1. If they need more, say ā€˜creative directors, please send the team leads those files now via the dropbox.ā€
          1. Leads, let us know if you got the files (thumbs up, etc)
    4. Ask design leads to respond in chat,
  3. Team leads, like to hear a reporting of how things are going
    1. What you are doing to motivate
    2. Questions on assets and overall vision?
    3. Can go individually, one by one than an open room
  4. If any files are late, don’t care of the shape, send them now so that the rest of the team has things to do

  1. a Design guide PDF from the creative directors to be used for the design team

  3. For next week CD are giving moth designs to make 3 different perspectives → can be more but needs to be at least 3
    1. The designs should be as detailed as possible based on the references (shape language)

  5. The files have all the process on a design-driven level
  6. For moth design
    1. Line work and vectorized
    2. Color blending screen
    3. Gradient soft round pressure opacity
  7. Design Language → the moth represents us
    1. From the Moth POV morphing/morphing style
    2. Key Words → simplified, mechanical. symbols, gradient. design language (circle)
  8. second assignment: Push the 2nd and 3rd Moth variations/refine the designs
    1. showing process on how they created the moths — will use that to refine the work
