   1. what equipment is available to use
   2. Ellie lives next to Arnold hall and has notes:
      1. huge sculptural relief along the stage
      2. can do tiles along the side of the stage
         1. there is a folder of style frames in the previous year’s assets
      3. need to cover things
      4. Need to request SCAD to turn off a few lights to see the artwork
      5. The precenium is painted- need to create some covers for projection pieces

   1. Ellie’s answer- all that we can get done during the break is technical things and we don’t need the whole team for that
      1. the designs are reliant on the animations from the animation and design team
      2. work with the designs and work from graphic design team

4. Can animation and design team provide animations?
   1. for panels, use assets that team has provided (animation and design)
      1. in charge of reformatting
   2. for AR and simple movements, the experimental team can provide that
   3. Do want to create an interactive piece that will be done by the experimental team
