• Matt will give the team a private tour of the spaces to see what equipment is needed and propose the cost to buy more supplies as necessary

  • Brainstorm ideas and materials for the interactive pieces and other projected work

The Notion has been split up into the projection and AR categories

also established rough due dates as well

• Projection
  • Overview and photos of the spaces
    • Has pictures of the places described
  • Overview has the list of deliverables needed
  • Arnold

    • Back hallway

      • More protected in the back hallway so might be a good place for having more fragile things here

      

    • Auditorium

      • 6 panels → will be designed once they have more information

    • Don’t want to put things in spaces with heavy traffic

      • interactive pieces won’t work here due to heavy amount of equipment
  • River
    • Balcony, conference room, entry way,
    • Outside has a good aspect ratio for the team to work with
    • In the conference hall → mapping directly onto the large painting
  • Gutstein Gallery → needs to be looked at for determining where projections can be

  • Julee - Experience with 3D and interactives with motion tracking
    • this is their senior capstone topic
    • worried about tracking technologies, very tricky and has a limit to the amount of people it can track
    • Also needs boundaries
    • very expensive. If we’re going to do it, the pieces will have a steep cost
    • computer power is very important as well
  • Kechen
    • Used to do some interactive things
    • Used touch designer and C4D together
    • Might be possible to use a camera to track people
